These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Huddle website at letshuddle.co and any related services, including early access testing of the Huddle app. By using our website or signing up for our waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

What Huddle is right now

Huddle is currently in development. Our website offers a waitlist for early access to the Huddle app. If you join the waitlist, you may be invited to test a prototype version of the app.

Waitlist

By submitting your email address, you are joining a waitlist for early access. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Huddle or any particular timeline for access. We will reach out by email if and when we are ready to invite you.

Prototype testing

If you are invited to test the Huddle prototype, you understand that:

  • The prototype is a work in progress and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
  • The prototype is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind
  • Features, design, and functionality may change significantly before launch
  • Data entered during testing may be deleted as we develop the product
  • We may end the testing period or your access at any time

Your feedback during testing is valuable to us. By providing feedback, you grant Huddle LLC the right to use that feedback to improve the product without any obligation to you.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when signing up
  • Use Huddle for its intended purpose
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Huddle app
  • Not use Huddle for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual property

All content on letshuddle.co, including text, design, illustrations, the Huddle logo, and the Huddle app, is the property of Huddle LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any of it without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huddle LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or the Huddle prototype. Our total liability to you for any claim related to Huddle will not exceed the amount you paid us, which during the waitlist and testing period is zero.

Termination

You can leave the waitlist at any time by unsubscribing from our emails or contacting us at privacy@letshuddle.co. We may remove you from the waitlist or end your prototype access at any time, for any reason.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Huddle develops. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of Huddle after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
