When you sign up for our waitlist or early access program, we collect your email address. That's it.

If you are invited to test our prototype, we may collect additional information through the app, such as the data you enter during use (check-in responses, domain selections, and decisions made during your weekly huddle). We will let you know what we collect at that point.

How we use your information

We use your email address to:

  • Send you updates about Huddle's progress and availability
  • Invite you to test the Huddle prototype, if applicable
  • Communicate with you about Huddle

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes.

  • Webflow hosts our website and processes form submissions
  • Zapier transfers form submissions to our email marketing platform
  • MailerLite stores your email address and sends marketing communications
  • MailerSend sends transactional emails related to the Huddle app
  • Fly.io hosts our app and database
  • Tigrisdata.com hosts our static assets
  • sentry.io handles error reporting
  • Google Analytics collects anonymized data about how visitors use our website, including pages visited, time on site, and general location. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
